Brian Partie, Jr. has built his career on real estate and talent/workforce development. For over two decades, he has served others by helping them discover passions, cultivate action plans, and execute in a strategic manner needed to achieve their goals. He is driven to purpose in relationships and diversity in experiences.

Brian is an active Realtor and dually licensed in Florida and Michigan. He is committed to excellence and thrives in partnering with sellers, buyers, and investors on all things Real Estate. He partnered with Ascendia Group to further enhance the brokerage platform and maximize the client experience across Real Estate, Property Management, and Insurance. Prior, he served as Team Leader of the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in the suburbs of Detroit and led a re-launch campaign that resulted in continued growth across all major business metrics, enhanced agent engagement, and overall company culture. Brian relocated from Michigan to Florida to launch a brand new Real Estate Brokerage in the heart of Sarasota and home to the #1 beach in the United States: Siesta Key. Within the first year, that brokerage was named the fastest growing real estate brokerage across the two-county area and became home to over 150 real estate professionals with a shared mission and vision for the future: To transform generations through intentional life by design and establish a higher standard for Realtors and the families served.

Before transitioning into the real estate industry, Brian served as leader and change agent for approximately 15 years in workforce and career development with the following Michigan institutions: Central Michigan University, The State of Michigan Civil Service Commission, and Oakland University. During this time, he led efforts and initiated programs that strengthened the internship and employment landscape for undergraduate/graduate students and a diverse array of employers across Michigan and the US. He has held leadership roles in Alpha Kappa Psi (the Co-Ed Professional Business Fraternity), the Michigan Career Educator and Employer Alliance, Michigan’s Employer Education Partnership, and Michigan HR. Across each of these affiliations, the common themes remained: strategic planning, project management, relationship building, and empowerment of others through coaching/training.

Today, Brian resides in Sarasota, Florida, and is happily married to his wife, Candice; she absolutely completes and complements him. Together, they are grateful and in major growth mode raising four, incredible daughters. Never a dull moment and they wouldn’t trade it for anything!
